Description

Join me for a soothing class designed especially for mums and their babies from birth to 4 months. Together, we’ll slow things down with calming baby play, movement and songs to support their development, and soft breathwork for regulating your nervous system in a cosy and safe space.

More than anything, this is a chance to meet other local new mums.
