BIRTH & MORE LTD

Suitable for new mums after your 6 week postnatal check or 10 weeks after c-section or assisted delivery. Suitable for babies from newborns to starting to craw and explore.

Each class will include around half an hour of dedicated postnatal yoga for mum, including pelvic floor exercises, with interactive elements to keep baby entertained! Then some dedicated baby yoga and songs time.

Before we finish, there's time to socialise with other mums over drinks and biscuits so it offers a gentle way to make new mum friends.

Yoga mats are provided!

Bring:
- Water bottle
- Travel mug if you'd like a hot drink
- A blanket for your baby to lay on
- Couple of toys for your baby but more are put out each week

All relevant Covid-safety measures will be adhered to at the time of the course.

Parking is available in local car parks close to the venue and there is room for buggies if you arrive via the side entrance. Slings or car seats are encouraged if possible.

Step-free access and buggies can be parked outside the room. Yoga mats are provided.
