Welcome to Be Curious, a cosy sensory stay-and-play in the heart of Dorking, designed for babies, toddlers and their grown-ups to enjoy together.
🌈 A little world of sensory discovery
Our sensory room offers colourful lights, different textures and interactive play resources to spark curiosity and encourage early development.
Little ones are free to explore, discover and play in their own way. Our sessions offer relaxed, baby-led play at your own pace, with plenty of opportunities to enjoy the sensory room together.
☕ A little time for you, too!
Be Curious is just as much about the grown-ups as it is about the little ones. It’s a chance to meet other parents and carers, make friends and enjoy a cuppa and a chat.
Coming on your own? Please don’t worry! Elsa and Charlotte will be there to welcome you, show you around and help you settle in. Whether you’re coming alone or with a friend, we’d love to see you.

Booking your Be Curious session 💛
Our sessions take place on selected Thursdays from 10:00–11:15 am in Dorking.
We keep our groups small, with a maximum of 12 children, so advance booking is recommended.
Each booking includes one child and their accompanying adult as well as hot drinks and bakes.
What to expect
There’s no need to bring anything special. Just come along, get comfortable and enjoy exploring the sensory room together.
If it’s your first visit, or you’re coming on your own, we’ll be there to welcome you, show you around and help you settle in.

* Buggy storage available on site.
* Two hours’ free parking at Waitrose.
* Additional parking at Junction Road Ringo Car Park.

Individual sessions: Book your preferred Thursday directly through Happity. Four-week block bookings: Our Sensory Saver covers four consecutive Thursday sessions. Sessions must be used on the booked dates and cannot automatically be carried forward. Bringing someone along? Additional adults and children are very welcome! Simply select the appropriate extra ticket when booking. Parents and carers must remain with their children throughout the session.
