BASKING BABIES

Our Baby Massage & Reflexology course is suitable for babies from birth to active crawling and is designed to give you so much more than just a massage routine.

Over the course, you’ll gradually learn a beautiful baby massage routine to help soothe and relax your baby, along with settling techniques and specially designed baby reflexology routines. These give you a lovely collection of tools to use as your baby grows.

But just as importantly, this is time for you. Our classes are relaxed, friendly and welcoming, with a real home-from-home feel. Babies are very much in charge, so there’s never any pressure if your little one needs a feed, cuddle, nappy change or sleep. You can always take things at your own pace.

You’ll also have the chance to meet other mums in those same early days. There’s time to chat, share experiences, ask questions, have a laugh (and sometimes a moan!) and gradually get to know the faces around you. Many friendships that start in my classes continue long after the course has finished.

Each 1.5 hour session gives you time to spend with your baby, learn something useful, meet other mums and enjoy a hot cuppa and something sweet. You’ll receive a Basking Babies welcome pack, including organic baby massage oil and a Basking Babies cotton bag, along with professional handouts. Refreshments are provided throughout, and all you need to bring is a towel for your baby to lie on.
