Baby Steps is a relaxed and nurturing class combining the benefits of both Baby Massage + Baby Reflexology — Baby Reflexage ❤️
Taught by me, Sarah, an experienced Reflexologist of 15 years and teaching baby classes for over 4 years.
Each week, you will learn simple and soothing massage and reflexology routines to support your baby's sleep, reflux, constipation, teething, colds and overall wellbeing.
Followed by gentle sensory play to support your baby's development.
There will also be time for parents to chat over a well deserved hot drink.
📍 The Mill House, Hertford (Dicker Mill Estate, free parking nearby).
