BABY SENSORY HAMPSTEAD

More than a baby class – a first-year journey of discovery.

Your baby’s first year is an incredible time of growth and development. Their brains are developing rapidly, and every interaction, experience and discovery helps build the foundations for future learning.

Baby Sensory® is the original, award-winning, research-based developmental programme created by Dr Lin Day, specifically for babies from birth to 13 months. With decades of experience and research in childhood development, Dr Lin Day designed Baby Sensory to support babies’ development while giving parents the knowledge and confidence to understand and engage with their little ones.

⁸Every activity has a purpose. Our classes combine music, singing, signing, movement, textures, lights, sounds, massage, tummy time, puppets, instruments and sensory exploration to encourage early communication, listening, visual development, coordination, curiosity and social interaction.

Babies learn through their senses, repetition and exploration, and through loving interactions with the people around them. That’s why Baby Sensory is designed for babies and parents to experience together.

Our sessions follow a gentle play, rest, play approach. Babies can enjoy stimulating activities before having time to feed, cuddle, relax or simply take a break, before returning to more sensory fun when they are ready. We follow your baby’s cues and allow them to participate at their own pace.

Baby Sensory is about more than developmental activities. It’s about connection, confidence and creating precious memories together. You’ll discover simple ways to play, communicate and engage with your baby that you can continue at home, while meeting other parents and becoming part of a welcoming community.

Research-based. Developmentally focused. Designed especially for babies.

Come and discover why Baby Sensory is so much more than a baby class – a journey of learning, discovery, connection and fun.

Please note: The venue is located up one flight of stairs and there is no lift access. Buggies can be brought upstairs and stored in the secondary hall during the session. Unfortunately, there is no secure buggy parking available downstairs.
