ARTVENTURERS

Looking for something fun, creative and a little messy for your little one?.Our award-winning creative art and messy play classes are designed for babies, toddlers and preschoolers aged 6 months–5 years, giving little ones the freedom to explore colour, texture, pattern and creativity through play.

Our classes include colourful free-flow painting, process art, sensory play, music, singing and lots of opportunities to explore at their own pace.

We’re not about creating a perfect picture or following lots of instructions. It’s about the process rather than the finished product allowing little ones to experiment explore and enjoy being creative.

You might find your little one happily squishing, splashing, painting and exploring… while you get to share those lovely moments with them (and perhaps enjoy a little bit of messy fun yourself!).

Our sessions are relaxed, welcoming and inclusive, and are a wonderful opportunity for little ones to build confidence, independence, fine motor skills and social skills while having fun. There’s also plenty of time for singing, dancing and making friends.

And, of course, we know that messy play means… MESS! 😂 So come prepared for painty hands and colourful clothes.

I’m Linda, your local ARTventurers franchise owner. After many years working in the Civil Service, I took a leap of faith into the colourful world of ARTventurers, and I absolutely love creating fun experiences for local families.

ARTventurers has won multiple awards, including Most Loved Baby Activity at the What’s On 4 Kids Awards 2025, and I’m proud to bring these colourful, creative sessions to families across South Shields, Jarrow and Hebburn.
