Join us each week for some fun crafting, while learning realistic tools to improve your children's wellbeing and feel lighter in this intense season.
CalmCrafted is a new class developed by Positive Psychologist Kirsti Gwynn and teaching simple mindfulness and wellbeing practices.
- Have fun making a sensory toy together each week
- Learn easy ways mindfulness can build your children’s confidence and reduce power struggles
- Soften the overwhelm of everything feeling “too much” and embrace the chaos with more patience
- Meet a village of like-minded parents

I look forward to welcoming you to our classes! Please don’t worry about your children crying or disrupting things, or you walking in late when it’s been one of those days - it’s all welcome here. Please ensure you book sibling tickets so I can be prepared with the right amount of creative materials. If you don’t want one of your children to have their own (eg. your baby will just share your toddler’s creation) then there is no need to book a sibling ticket.
