ANASTASIA'S CIRCLE

Join us for a relaxed Mum & Mini Yoga morning in Chislehurst with the lovely Valerie, followed by coffee, treats, face masks and plenty of time to chat with other local mums.

Valerie will guide us through a gentle, mum-friendly yoga session designed to help you move, stretch and reconnect with your body, supporting a sense of calm and wellbeing, with your baby right there alongside you.

Class covers:

• gently re-establishing your core strength
• realigning the whole body specifically the spine and pelvis
• safe for postnatal body ensuring joint stability
• special bonding time for mum and baby

The session takes place in the Valerie May Yoga private Garden Studio near Chislehurst, all within a relaxed and friendly environment alongside like-minded mums. No pressure, no need for your baby to stay perfectly settled, and absolutely no expectation of a peaceful yoga class — feeding, cuddles, wriggly babies and little interruptions are all part of it. 🤍

Afterwards, we can stay for a coffee, something sweet and time to chat, giving you a chance to meet other mums and enjoy a relaxed afternoon together. A Tropic eye mask also included as a little treat.

Suitable for mums with babies from 6 weeks post-birth (with medical clearance where appropriate) and up to crawling. No previous yoga experience needed.
