Baby Massage & Yoga, but with a difference.

(Babies ideally 3 - 5 months at the start of the course)  

75-minute classes, just 6 mums. At A Mother World, classes are about you too. There’s time to settle in, feed your baby, enjoy a hot cuppa and actually get to know the other mums.

Designed for growing babies, sessions combine massage, baby yoga, stretching, movement and developmental play, personalised to your baby’s stage and individual needs.

We’ll use movement, balls, gentle strengthening exercises and even baby flips to help your baby explore what their body can do and support them as they naturally work towards their next developmental milestones.

We go beyond baby-class small talk. Each week, we’ll check in with your highs and lows, take a breath, make time for self-care and have a relaxed, guided conversation around a different topic. A chance to be honest about motherhood and make genuine mum friends.
