75-minute classes, just 6 mums. At A Mother World, baby massage is about you too. There’s time to settle in, feed your baby, enjoy a hot cuppa and actually get to know the other mums.

With such a small group, sessions are personalised to your baby’s stage, development and individual needs, so you leave with techniques that are genuinely useful for your baby.

And we go beyond baby-class small talk. Each week, we’ll check in with your highs and lows, take a breath, make time for self-care and have a relaxed, guided conversation around a different topic. It’s a chance to be honest about motherhood, open up and get to know the other mums on a deeper level.

Location can be flexible, with a suitable venue arranged within the area to work for your group.
