With sensory toys, mats and soft play to keep your little one happily occupied, you’ll have the chance to sit down, take a breath, and enjoy a moment that’s just for you.

There’s no structure, no pressure, and nothing you need to “do”, just a gentle space to be, while keeping a relaxed eye on your little one.

Grab a cuppa and a pastry (included), come in, and feel welcomed, supported, and not alone.

Each meet up there will be a different guest speaker - from baby sleep consultants, postnatal Pilates, to developmental baby massage teachers. You can sit down and have a chat to discuss your baby, and you.
