Adults and children under the age of 1 are welcome to come along, no booking required.

This session combines the mindfulness of family-friendly yoga with the wild adventure of Forest School activities.

What to bring: yoga mat, water, wear workout clothes.

This is an outdoor session, please wear suitable clothing and footwear and please bring a yoga mat and water.
