22 DEGREES HALO

Halo Baby Hour | Baby Sound Healing & Reiki 🤍

A little time out for you, with your baby right by your side.

Join us at the beautiful Hatfield House for a gentle, relaxing hour of sound healing and Reiki, specially created for parents and their little ones, from newborn to pre-walking.

As parents ourselves, we know how difficult it can be to find a moment to relax, which is why we’ve created a space where both you and your baby are completely welcome to just be.

During the session, you’ll be surrounded by the gentle sounds of crystal singing bowls and chimes, with Reiki and tuning forks woven throughout the experience. We’ll also have a small selection of sensory toys for little hands to explore.

And the best part? It’s completely baby-led!

Your baby is welcome to feed, sleep, cuddle, wriggle, play or make as much noise as they need to. You can pick them up, move around or take a break whenever you like. There’s absolutely no pressure for anyone to sit still or be quiet.

It’s a lovely opportunity to enjoy some time for yourself, connect with your baby and meet other local parents.
