This policy covers the collection and use of personal data collected, as required by GDPR and data protection legislation.

 

Data we will hold will be as follows:

·         Customer name

·         Customer email address

·         Customer mobile number

·         Child’s details- name, age

·         Medical information such as allergies and medications

·         Consent for photography 

·         Consent to be added to mailing list. 

·         Card details are processed by Stripe not directly through curious minds. 

·         Bookings are made via happity. 

 

These details are held for the purpose of class registers, contacting customers regarding classes.  We also ensure we have the child’s age so that we can ensure our sessions and activities are tailored to meet children’s ages.  Medical information is stored so that we are aware if any adaptions need to be made due to children’s allergies.  

 

Data is shared with third companies who assist in the processing of data and booking classes and also companies who process payments on our behalf. 

 

You can withdraw your consent at any time. Simply email us at curiousmindsbookclubnb@gmail.com and we will confirm when we have done this. How long do we keep hold of your information?

Curious minds  has a Facebook page where everyone can visit and see the services we offer and photos from past events. If you have agreed to your child photographic images or video footage to be used, you will need to sign the relevant consent form. We encourage interacting with our photos and videos, however please note that when commenting or reposting photographs members of the public will know your identity and that your child is attending our sessions.
