Families@Soul CIC respects your privacy and is committed to keeping your family’s personal information safe.

When you book a session, course or event, we may collect your name, contact details, your child’s name and age, booking information and any relevant information you choose to share about your child’s needs.

We use this information to manage bookings, communicate about sessions, maintain attendance records and support the safety and wellbeing of families attending.

Bookings and payments are processed through Happity and Stripe, which handle information in accordance with their own privacy policies.

We do not sell your personal information. We only share information where necessary to deliver our services, comply with the law or protect someone’s safety.

Personal information is stored securely and kept only for as long as necessary for the purposes collected or to meet legal requirements.

Photographs will only be used for promotional purposes where appropriate consent has been given. Consent can be withdrawn for future use by contacting us.

You have rights under UK data protection law, including the right to request access to your personal information, ask for corrections and raise concerns about how your information is handled.
