Montessori Discoverers Privacy Policy

• A booking form must be completed before starting the classes via Happity. 
• Payment is for a class/block of classes and is payable upon booking via Happity.
• If the booking and payment are not made prior to the class (including pre-booked and walk-ins), the child will not be permitted to take part.
• In the unlikely event that a class is missed or cancelled by your practitioner for personal reasons, a full refund/class credit will be given for class(es) missed.
• If you miss a class or cannot attend, unfortunately, no refund is available.
• Where a class venue is not available on grounds outside our control, then we cannot be responsible for providing any further classes to you during that time, and a refund/class credit will be made available.
• The parent/carer must remain at the class with the child at all times.
• The parent/carer attending the class with the child is held responsible for the child for the duration of the class.
• The parent/carer must familiarise themselves with the class venue, including fire escapes, and the parent/carer is responsible for knowing where their child is at all times.
• Buggies must be left on the ground floor in the Picture House, and bags must be kept to the side of the class space (away from the children and not pose any danger - including hot beverages or food containing allergens).
• Children’s safety is ultimately the parent/carer’s responsibility at all times.

• All attendees attend the class at their own risk, and we cannot take responsibility for any belongings during the class.
