Unlike many pregnancy or parent classes in the parent sphere, Mothership is nothing to do with the baby & everything to do with the mother.

Each week a new topic is chosen - maybe identity, self-esteem, hope, or transition. Perhaps matrescence, sacrifice, or even joy.

Guided conversation, open discussion & friendly activity is centred around the topic, to hold space for expectant mother’s to connect, confide, laugh or cry.
