We focus on pelvic health as well as all body strength and conditioning. We use evidence based exercises to develop and grow a strong foundation of mobility and strength for now and the future!

There's a play co-ordinator in the classes to help entertain babies, whilst you stay in charge. Plus toys and cushions. Supporting exercises are available on our app and are available for a year!

Nikki is a senior physiotherapist and an associate member of the POGP (Pelvic Obstetric and Gynaecological Physiotherapy) and uses government guidelines to design the programmes.
