Herne Healing offers nurturing wellbeing experiences designed to support emotional balance, relaxation, and connection for individuals and families. Founded by Leila, a qualified Sound Healing Practitioner, Reiki Practitioner, and Baby Massage Practitioner, Herne Healing creates calm, welcoming spaces where people can slow down, restore, and reconnect with themselves and their loved ones.
Specialising in sound healing, baby massage, and holistic wellbeing practices, Herne Healing combines therapeutic techniques with compassionate, person-centred support. Sessions are thoughtfully designed to promote nervous system regulation, reduce stress, encourage relaxation, and support emotional wellbeing at every stage of life.
A core offering is the Baby Massage & Sound Bath experience, which provides new parents and babies with a gentle, sensory-rich environment to bond, relax, and co-regulate through guided massage and soothing live sound healing. Using gongs, crystal singing bowls, chimes, ocean drums, and other therapeutic instruments, Herne Healing delivers deeply restorative experiences that support both parent and child wellbeing.
