Come and join us at these incredibly calming heuristic play sessions for parents of children between the ages of 6 months - 4years old.
Heuristic play is all about providing your little one with a safe and stimulating environment filled with intriguing objects to discover and manipulate.
During these play sessions, your child will have the opportunity to delve into a treasure trove of natural and everyday items, fabric scraps, shells, pinecones, and much more. These items are carefully chosen to be safe and engaging, encouraging your child to use their senses to explore textures, shapes, and weight. These sessions also promote a safe and inviting space for parents and children to learn. During these sessions you will get to observe your child's interests and how they process and handle a range of situations. As your child plays, they'll naturally develop skills in understanding cause and effect relationships, developing fine motor skills, and sparking their imagination.
Over time, you will gain an understanding of what early learning really looks like and, with my help and support, equip yourself with the skills to extend their play at home.

The best bit for you, as the parent/carer, is that your role is passive. You simply observe your child deeply engaged in their play, no expectations, no pressure, minimal interaction. Get ready to be amazed by what your child can do.
