My name is Angela. I'm a Mum to four boys. I'm also a a wife to Mark. I love being outside, going for runs, cold water dipping and of course Mindfulness and all things Positivity! ✨

I'm an Ex-Primary School Teacher with 24 years experience of working with children. My passion is providing mental health support to both adults and young people. I took a personal interest in this area around 8 years ago and since then I have increased my understanding/expertise through various training opportunities and practical experiences.

Over recent years I have experienced my own personal transformation in increasing my confidence and self-belief. I was very shy as a child and I truly believe that the tools that I have access to now would have been life changing if they were available to me earlier in life.

I couldn't be more privileged and proud to be a facilitator of empowering families to develop a growth mindset and grow their self confidence.

What to expect in a Typical Class :

A 45 minute - 1 hour class :

Start Time : Please arrive for class at 9.45am. Entrance to the play centre is following the class for up to 2 hours.

Clothing : Wear old messy clothes (aprons are available of course but sometimes get in the way)

Spare Clothes : It may also be a good idea to bring spare clothes and socks to change into for the soft play afterwards
