What Debutots says

Debutots is all about stories, along with dramatic play and wrap-around activities to help your children exercise their imaginations, develop their confidence, build a foundation for literacy, strengthen awareness of others, problem solve and, above all, do all this while having lots of fun! We will be singing songs with actions, sounds and making facial expression to explore themes, moods and emotions; playing games to introduce characters; listening to, taking part in and retelling original Debutots' stories; have live music and song, topped off with a cool down and meditative goodbye. All of our stories are written to complement and supplement learning outcomes for EYFS and KS1 and our online delivery allows for children to socialise with others at a time, currently, when interaction with friends is vital to their well-being.

About

I’m Jules, a former primary assistant headteacher, mum and all around story enthusiast! Throughout my career I’ve seen the powerful impact that stories and imaginative dramatic plan can have on children’s learning and well being. Whether we’re hopping about like lambs, roaring like dragons or saving rainbows across the land, at Debutots classes we become the story. And we go wherever the children’s imaginations take us!
