DANCE WITH ME BERKSHIRE

Dance With Me gives children and adults the opportunity to connect through movement and dance. A fun, friendly and relaxed environment, we explore, dance and move together through theme based play.

Each class starts and ends the same for familiarity with a different theme running through the middle. We use props, music and toys to enhance our sessions and end with bubbles and the parachute which is always a winning combination.

The physical part of the class lasts 45 minutes and the final 15 minutes are for snack and story time where we wind down before leaving. Children enjoy receiving their stickers and having one last run around before it's time to go home.

The Dance With Me community is a place to connect and bond with your child but also with other adults. Life long friendships have been made through the class and It has been a joy and pleasure to watch these continue outside of the session.

Younger siblings are always welcome, whether in a pram, car seat, sling or on a play mat and assistance is always available where needed.

We ask that you wear comfortable clothing to move around in and either bare feet or socks that have grips (like the trampolining socks). Please bring a snack and drink for your little one and something for yourself! We have a no nut policy so please do not bring any snacks containing nuts. Thank you.
