My classes are small and nurturing, a perfect first class for you and your baby. Where the focus is on the wellbeing of you both! Suitable for babies age 6 weeks- crawling, you will learn simple and soothing baby massage and baby reflexology routines. Learning how to support your baby with sleep, reassurance, colic, reflux, constipation, teething and congestion. Whilst supporting baby’s physical and emotional development. I’m here to support you in that all important fourth trimester. A warm welcome, chat with other new mums, have a hot cup of tea and learn relaxation techniques for your little one.
