BABY N YOU

Baby massage is suitable from birth. The 5 week course this includes organic baby massage oil, emailed notes and certificate. The baby massage benefits include infant-parent attachment or "bonding", relaxation, makes baby feel loved, promotes better sleep, facilitates body awareness, boosts immune system, sensory stimulation, improves skin condition, improves blood circulation and helps digestion and so much more !! In each class we focus on a new body part while recapping what we learnt the previous week.

Classes are very relaxed, small and baby led so you don't worry if your baby is sleeping, crying or needing fed !!

There is a small car park and metered street parking available in the surrounding streets

Tea/coffee/biccie and essential social time at the end of every class so you are able to share the ups and downs of being a new parent.
My classes are small with no pressure to perform just real honest chat. Classes are taught by former paediatric nurse Suzy Scott who is a fully qualified Infant Massage Instructor with the International Association of Infant Massage.
