YOGI LITTLES

Yogi Littles offers baby yoga and baby massage courses in Berkshire, designed to support both you and your baby during those early months.

Our sessions are gentle, calm and baby-led, combining simple movements, stretches, songs and soothing massage techniques to support your baby’s development. Classes support with baby’s coordination, digestion, relaxation, flexibility and much more!

Just as importantly, Yogi Littles is a space for you too. A welcoming, relaxed environment where you can slow down, take a breath, and connect with your baby without any pressure or expectations.

Whether your baby cries, sleeps, feeds or just wants cuddles - everything is completely welcome here ❤️

Each session also includes time to chat and connect with other parents over a coffee - helping you build friendships and feel supported in this wonderful but challenging stage of life.

We also offer seasonal specials and bespoke group sessions for friends or NCT groups.

At Yogi Littles, it’s all about creating a little moment of calm, connection and joy for you and your baby.
