Wild Hare Antenatal offers gentle, evidence‑based antenatal classes in Holmfirth, rooted in 16 years of experience supporting families through pregnancy, birth, and the early days. My approach is calm, honest, and grounded in real life. No rushing, no pressure, no pretending pregnancy is the same for everyone. We work with your rhythm, your story, your body.

These small, supportive groups give you space to breathe, learn, ask questions, and build confidence. You’ll gain practical tools for labour and birth, understand how your body works, explore positions and comfort measures, and learn how to make informed decisions that feel right for you. Partners are warmly welcomed and supported — this is a space for both of you to feel prepared and connected.

My classes are inclusive, down‑to‑earth, and designed to meet you where you are. Whether this is your first baby or your fourth, whether you’re feeling excited, anxious, overwhelmed, or all three, you’ll be held with warmth and without judgement. I believe antenatal education should feel human, not clinical; empowering, not overwhelming; steadying, not stressful.
