TEENIE ROCKETS EPPING FOREST

At Teenie Rockets Epping Forest, our baby and toddler classes offer more than just a fun outing - they’re a weekly space for development, connection and calm.

Located in Theydon Bois and Loughton, each 45 minute session supports your little one’s early learning through sensory play, music and gentle movement, whilst giving you the chance to bond, socialise and recharge.

Whether you’re caring for a newborn, an active baby or a curious toddler, our sessions bring structure to your week and joy to your journey - for both of you.

Each week there is a different theme to enhance your child’s development and keep sessions new and exciting. The classes allow you to meet and interact with people who have children the same age as your child too!

Teenie Rockets has designed three classes, each tailored to your little one's age and development stage:

Teenie Babies: laying down to rolling.
Active Babies: from crawling to early walking.
Toddlers: confidently walking up to 3 years.
