STEAMPUNKS SCIENCE

STEAMpunks classes are aimed at children from ages 3 and up!
I have classes for pre-school, primary after-school clubs, holiday clubs, home education sessions and more!
I also visit nurseries and schools to deliver workshops for children and CPD for staff.

STEAMpunks classes are designed to develop your child’s understanding of the 5 areas of Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Maths. The STEAM learning environment gives children the opportunity to engineer and investigate solutions to problems, and use evidence to provide explanations. This can start at any stage and can be achieved through everyday play.

These classes help children develop skills, such as problem solving, and encourage curiosity and creativity. They will also help them build their confidence and learn to accept that mistakes are part of the process!

Within each class I will be covering a selection of CfE science outcomes for early years and level 1. If you are interested in having STEAMpunks visit your nursery or school, I can tailor lessons to specific outcomes you are looking to cover, just send me a message if you have any questions.
