SOUND AND SONG

Our FREE singing support groups brings together mums, babies and older women for an hour of singing, followed by a cuppa and a chance to chat. No singing experience needed - we learn everything by ear, and the emphasis is on enjoyment, not perfection. Open to any woman experiencing low mood, anxiety, stress or isolation. Come as you are and make new friends.

Sound and Song Generations is a singing support group that brings together mums, babies and older women.
Sound and Song for Mums is a singing support group for new mothers feeling stress, anxiety or loneliness.

Groups are led by Zoe Hatch, a warm, dynamic and engaging songstress and workshop facilitator. These groups are FREE and generously funded by local charities and foundations.
