Gentle postnatal yoga classes to support you through early motherhood, helping you to reconnect with your body, restore energy, and find a sense of calm and community in a supportive space.
These postnatal yoga sessions are designed for new mums from around 6 weeks post-birth (or 10 weeks after a caesarean, following medical clearance), with your baby by your side.
Each class offers a nurturing combination of gentle movement, breathwork, relaxation, and time to simply pause and be held within a community of other mothers.
We focus on rebuilding strength safely, releasing tension from feeding and carrying, supporting the pelvic floor and core recovery, and calming the nervous system during this huge life transition. There is no pressure to “perform” or get things right, just space to move in a way that feels supportive for your body on any given day.
Babies are welcome, and everything is flexible - feeding, changing, cuddling, rocking, and resting are all part of the class. This is a relaxed, baby-friendly environment where you can show up exactly as you are.
Whether you are navigating sleepless nights, recovering physically, or simply craving connection with other new mums, these classes offer a gentle space to support both body and mind.
