A fun, baby-friendly postnatal fitness session
blending customised strength training and low impact cardio to help mums feel strong, confident and connected.
All levels welcome. From 6 weeks after birth (8 weeks after CS)
Exercises can be adapted to individual needs.
Flexible bookings (packages are non consecutive).
Your baby can be in the pram or carrier or on the blanket during warmer season.
