WILLOW AND MOON

Willow and Moon is a calm and cosy space offering stay and plays for ages 5 and under — a softer alternative to overstimulating play environments. Rooted in gentle play, creativity and the magic of childhood.

Little ones can explore thoughtfully set-up areas, where everything has been carefully chosen with both enjoyment and safety in mind. This includes wooden toys, role play areas, a small movement area, book nook, baby corner, sensory tent, and a craft table with fortnightly themes.

Each session finishes with a relaxing wind-down, including a song, story and mindful movement.

My own motherhood journey inspired my love for slower mindful childhoods, creativity, simple play. Willow and Moon began with painting peg dolls for my daughter and it soon grew into painting for my lovely customers. Over time, it has inspired a dream of bringing play and mindfulness together.

I am fully DBS checked and insured, and have completed training in childcare and children’s nervous systems, which helps shape the atmosphere and approach of the sessions.

Light refreshments are also available (no hot drinks, for safety).

Parking: There is a small car park beside the hall for approx. 10 cars, accessed from New Road. Further parking is available on Buckland Road. Please park considerately.
