Being a new mum can take its toll on the mind & body. Not only are you recovering from birth but also adjusting to life with a newborn. Taking time for yourself can be challenging & knowing how to move safely, can be a little overwhelming. My *NEW* Postnatal Flow class, is an hour long class designed for YOU but where your baby is also very welcome. Each week you will enjoy:
- Gentle Postnatal Yoga flows to release tension & gently strengthen the body
- Breathwork
- Mindfulness & Relaxation
- Small class sizes
- Props for your baby to explore
- Support & community from other new mums
The important bits about your class:
- Postnatal Flow is for postnatal mums and baby only. Suitable once you have had your 6 week check (10 weeks if you have had a Cesarean birth) to when your baby is confidently crawling. Additionally, classes are adapted to suit all postnatal related conditions, multiple births and individual needs.
- Classes are booked in blocks of 5 weeks at a time.
