Description

Our weekly pregnancy yoga classes are the perfect way to prepare your mind and body for birth. Each week we incorporate gentle pregnancy yoga with breathing techniques & hypnobirthing practices . Suitable from 14 weeks to your due date.

Based at our own studio near Stowe, Buckingham we cover the areas of Brackley, Towcester and Bicester

Book a block of 5 or 10 classes for £60/£105 or £13 per session.
