UNIQUE BIRTHS: ANTENATAL AND PARENTING COURSES

If you’re feeling unsure, overwhelmed, or like you’re meant to just “go with the flow” — you’re not alone.

Most antenatal courses give you information.

Very few help you understand how to use it.

This course is designed to change that.

Across 7 sessions, we focus on how birth actually works, how maternity care works, and how to move through both with more confidence and clarity.

Because it’s not enough to know what you want — you need to know how to navigate the system around you.

What you’ll leave with

• A clear understanding of how labour and birth work
• Confidence to ask questions and make decisions
• The ability to recognise your options and access them
• A realistic understanding of feeding and the early days

Small group, real discussion

Up to 6 couples per course.

This means space to:

• Ask questions
• Explore your thoughts
• Actually understand what’s being discussed
• Connecting with other parents in your area 

Not just sit and listen.

Ongoing support

Our course includes a dedicated feeding session and continued support beyond the course.

You will leave feeling more confident, more prepared, and far less overwhelmed with a whole group of friends.
