Description
Learning to move, learning to pause…
’RISE & SHINE’ is a fun, imaginative movement class designed for little ones (ages 1-5). Through songs, stories, simple yoga poses and games, children develop their body awareness and motor skills as well as build confidence, focus and calm.
At the end of the session we lie down to relax our bodies & minds before the children enjoy a cup of herbal ‘unicorn’ tea and ‘happy peas’ (little snack) together.
WHEN: Thursdays 10.15-11am (ages 1-5 years) during school term - no class on 28th of May (half term) ends on 25th of June 2026.
WHERE: Megan’s Restaurant (Basement room)
Closest Tube Station: High Street Kensington
Parents/carer are welcome to participate or to observe or to drop off the children (if they are 2+ years old and depending on their level of independence).
