TINY HANDS BIG ADVENTURES

A five week baby massage course teaching you a full head to toe massage routine you can use at home with your baby.

Each week builds on the last, so by the end of the course you’ll have a full routine you actually feel confident using. Along the way you’ll learn strokes that can help with constipation and sleep, a colic routine as well as techniques that support your baby’s circulation, muscle tone and body awareness.

We cover how to read your baby’s cues so you know when they’re ready for massage and when they’re not, how touch supports bonding and communication, and how a regular massage routine can help both of you feel more settled day to day.

Sessions are small and relaxed, held in Hellifield with free parking nearby. Babies feed, wriggle and have off days and that’s all completely normal here.

Led by Certified Baby Massage teachers, with a background in early years and childcare.
