Join our warm and welcoming baby massage classes, where you and your little one can relax, bond, and enjoy precious time together in an intimate and supportive group setting. Baby massage offers wonderful benefits including promoting better sleep, easing wind and colic, supporting digestion, and encouraging emotional connection and development. Our small classes create the perfect environment to meet other parents, share experiences, and enjoy plenty of smiles and giggles along the way. With convenient parking, refreshments provided, and a friendly space filled with support and encouragement, our sessions are designed to be as enjoyable for parents as they are for babies. This is a 5 week course that teaches full body massage along with routines for teething, constipation, colic and wind. A full printed guide is provided for you to take home so you can continue to offer your little one massage for many years to come
