THE PARENT AND PLAY NETWORK

• This engaging and practical course is a 6-week baby signing course to parents. The classes are designed to be fun and interactive, using singing, play, and sign language to support early communication. Babies quickly learn to sign back to their parents, helping to reduce frustration and build confidence and self-esteem in both parent and child.
• Babies' brains develop rapidly through early experiences. Parents using signs with words provide more language input, and many experts believe signing helps babies communicate sooner and supports brain development.

Please bring a towel and arrive 10 mins early to first session for oil patch test. Please bring own oil if preferred.

The space is a no shoe zone and is anti slip socks or bare foot.

The yoga loft is at the top of the building up some short flights of stairs. There is no lift available.
