Baby yoga is a specialised gentle for of exercise and interaction designed for babies and their care givers, Focusing on rhythmic movement and stretching. Sessions are baby/child led for a supportive environment for babies development through structured physical engagement and connection.

The course is for 6 weeks to 20 weeks or pre walkers.
