Baby Massage

•  A wonderfully relaxed baby massage course that helps to continue to strengthen your bond with your baby through connection and positive touch. Each week we will learn new techniques and focus on different areas of the body.
• You will learn
• · Gentle massage techniques for babies
• · How to read your baby’s cues and respond with confidence
• · Benefits of massage for sleep, digestion, and emotional wellbeing
• · Creating a calm and nurturing environment
• We will be using sunflower oil and will require a patch test, you are welcome to use your own oil of your choice.
• This is a 4-week course that is suitable for babies after their first vaccinations to pre crawlers and movers.
