THE NURTURE SPACE SOUTHAMPTON

The Nurture Space Southampton are delighted to welcome you for our 4 week baby massage course. 

Mondays, 10.30-11.30am. 

This course is suitable for babies who are aged 6 weeks to active crawlers. 

Each week we will be covering holistic massage techniques; Supporting your baby to overcome various discomforts they may face, such as Colic and constipation. Or come along to enjoy some special bonding time together.

Week 1 - Legs and Feet

Week 2 - Tummy and Chest

Week 3 - Arms and Hands

Week 4 - Face and Back

Each session will include a guided massage and we will also have a tea/ coffee break. There will be lots of opportunities to create special memories with your baby. 

This is a small and intimate class for 8 parents and babies. We have designed our class to be calm and relaxing for baby and you. 

Following each session, videos will be sent to you of each massage, enabling you to continue your practice at home. 

FAQ's

• What does my ticket include? Access to the event described above, for 1 baby and up to 2 adults. Please let me know if a 2nd adult is coming, just for planning purposes.
• What should I bring? Just you, your baby and your usual baby supplies, everything else is provided, I also have spare nappies, wipes and self care items for mum's, in case you forgot anything. 
• What should baby wear? Dress baby in comfortable easy to remove layers. 
• What happens if baby needs a feed/ sleep etc? We are completely baby led, please meet your babies needs as you would at home. 
• Can I take pictures? Yes of course! Please share away too, just please make sure you only share photos of your baby. If I am in the background these are absolutely fine to share too!
