One More To Adore is a one day workshop for those who:

☆Are adding to their family and want a refresher,

☆Need a safe space to readjust their minds on what birth means to them,

☆Are considering their options for a different birth place,

☆Are planning for a different experience

For some women and families, subsequent births bring new bigger feelings, a stronger sense of self or less certainty than expected.

Refreshments and snacks provided, any dietary requirements let me know ASAP

If you're a nerd like me or have a brain like a sieve, please bring a pen and note pad with you, as well as lunch and a water bottle. Feel free to bring a gym ball or cushion to make yourself comfy, lets settle in💖
