Our Mama & Baby Pilates class is designed to help new mums safely rebuild strength and confidence after childbirth — all while bonding with their little one. Babies stay close (on your mat or in your arms), making this a calm, nurturing, and interactive experience for both of you.
Each session focuses on core and pelvic floor recovery, posture alignment, and gentle full-body strengthening, helping you restore stability and energy at your own pace. Exercises are adapted to suit each stage of postnatal recovery, ensuring comfort and safety throughout.
