THE HERTFORDSHIRE WELLNESS STUDIO

A beautiful way to bond with your baby through nurturing, skin-to-skin touch. In this 5 week course, you can expect a calm and welcoming class each week, where you’ll learn about the many benefits of baby massage, including techniques to help soothe common issues such as colic, wind, and teething, while promoting relaxation and better sleep for your little one.

Unlike any other baby massage classes, you will also be immersed in a sensory experience for parent & baby, including a soothing sound bath, gentle lighting.... and maybe some bubbles along the way!

We also incorporate gentle stretching for the mums, supporting you through your postpartum journey

You'll also take home with you your own massage oil to practice on baby in the comfort of your own home.

In these small group classes, we also create space for conversation, connection, and support among new parents. You can expect tea and biscuits after each class, and an opportunity to relax or socialise with other mums & babies!

Investment: £60 for the 5 week course

What to bring: Just you, baby, and a small towel or muslin.

Refreshments, Mats, and oils are provided.

- Prams- to save space, please leave prams in the car/at home. If you have a pram, you can come through to the studio, and leave the pram in our private outdoor patio we have located at the back of the studio. (cover will be provided on rainy days)
- Mats, and oils will be provided. Please bring with you a small towel.
- At the beginning of your course, you will be given a small bottle of baby massage oil. This is for the duration of your course, so please bring this with your each week. If you forget to bring the oil to class, or you have misplaced your bottle, or have used up all the oil provided, you can purchase another bottle for £2.
- Filming and photos of your child/children during class is permitted, however you must not take any photographs or videos of any other person in a Session without their express permission.
