THE HEART'S MYSTERY

Held Together is a gentle, baby-led weekly circle for mothers and babies in the early months, held in Petersfield.

It offers a calm, contained space to slow down and settle together — without pressure to keep up, perform, or do things "right".

This is a drop-in circle

Come once. Come every week. Come when it feels right.

Every Monday stands alone — there's nothing to catch up on. You can attend as often or as little as suits you and your baby.

What we do

Sessions move at the baby's pace, with space to pause, feed, rest, move, or simply be together. Babies are welcome to sleep, fuss, stretch, or be held at any time.

Sessions may gently include:

• Simple baby massage (demonstrated slowly, always optional) — one area each week.
• Rebozo-inspired self-massage to support your own body
• Guided breath and relaxation for mothers
• Gentle humming or lullabies (always optional)

Everything offered is adaptable, and observation is always enough. Listening is participation.

Who it's for

Mothers with babies from around 6 weeks to pre-crawling (approximately 6 months).

Groups are kept small (maximum 6 mother–baby pairs) to maintain a calm, supportive atmosphere.

This is not a class to keep up with or a programme to complete.

It is a space to arrive, be supported, and build confidence gently, in a way that feels right for you and your baby.

Mothers are supported without instruction or judgement.

Private support

One-to-one postnatal support (Held 1:1) is also available for mothers who prefer a quieter or more personalised setting.
