Introducing our PAYG Baby Massage Classes

Our classes are designed to nurture and support you in your new role as a parent. Our baby massage classes include a variety of strokes, which are designed to calm and soothe babies. You will learn how to massage your baby confidently, as you build a nurturing bond between the both of you.

Each week we will start with a gratitude circle followed by breathing techniques before we complete a full baby massage routine. This is followed by relaxation and exploring of treasure baskets or sensory play, with bubbles and parachute play before we finish with refreshments and social time.

We will explore a different theme each week and include nursery rhymes and songs with some of the massage strokes, a song sheet is included in your pack.

In our sessions we create space and time to rest, connect with other parents and enjoy special one to one time with your baby.

What's Included

- A welcome pack including a bottle of massage oil, all course notes to help you practice at home and some treats for parents

- In class demonstration and explanation of each massage stroke

-Time to chat to other parents

Why baby massage?

Baby massage has many benefits for both parent and baby, which include:-

- Improves relaxation, encouraging longer sleep in infants

- Helps to relieve the effects of colic, wind, constipation and teething.

- Stimulates baby's major internal organs

- Helps strengthen the bond between parent and baby

- Eases muscular tension

- Boosts confidence in understanding your baby's cues and needs.

Our classes are baby led, which means if your baby wants a cuddle, feed or needs changing, then just go ahead and join in again when you are ready. Babies needs are always our priority.

Trained by Hands on Babies accredited by the Royal College of Midwives, CtHA and OfQual.

We also provide baby massage as 1-1 classes, please get in touch via email or messenger

The door will be locked until 5 minutes before the class starts to ensure sufficient cleaning time.
Please bring a blanket or towel for your baby to lie on as well as your usual changing bag.
