Join me for our 5 week nurturing baby massage course.

Our classes are designed to nurture and support you in your new role as a parent. Our baby massage course includes a variety of strokes, which we build up on throughout the course and are designed to calm and soothe babies. You will learn how to massage your baby confidently, as you build a nurturing bond between the both of you.

Each week we focus on a different area of the body, recapping on the previous week's strokes and by the end of the course you will have learnt a full routine. In our sessions we create space and time to rest, connect with other parents and enjoy special one to one time with your baby.

What's Included

-A welcome pack for parents including a bottle of Tiddley Pom organic sunflower massage oil for use in class and at home, full course notes to practice at home and treats for Mum

Why baby massage?

Baby massage has many benefits for both parent and baby, some of which include:-

- Improves relaxation, encouraging longer sleep in infants

- Helps to relieve the effects of colic, wind, constipation and teething.

- Stimulates baby's major internal organs

- Helps strengthen the bond between parent and baby

- Eases muscular tension

- Boosts confidence in understanding your baby's cues and needs.

Our classes are baby led, which means if your baby wants a cuddle, feed or needs changing, then just go ahead and join in again when you are ready. Babies needs are always our priority.

Trained by Hands on Babies accredited by the Royal College of Midwives, CtHA and OfQual.

The door will be locked until 5 minutes before the class starts to ensure sufficient cleaning time.

Please bring a blanket or towel for your baby to lie on as well as your usual changing bag.
We do also provide baby massage as 1 -1 sessions, please get in touch via email or messenger for more details.
